“Feedback since we announced AastraLink Pro back in March has been overwhelmingly positive” said Yves Laliberté, executive vice president at Aastra Telecom. “Our resellers and beta trial participants alike are enthusiastic about how well AastraLink Pro hits the mark in terms of delivering a full suite of PBX/Key system features and functionality, while leveraging a host of new IP-based services, all in a fully integrated solution that is both flexible and easy to use”
An integrated and affordable standards-based system, AastraLink Pro is very easy to install. All you need to do is to connect the system to the existing LAN
(Local Area Network). There is no need for hidden application license and user costs or an installation technician.
Aastra has taken the occasion to announce the launch of three additional North American models in its popular IP Series of SIP telephones. The models named 9143i, 9480i and 9480i CT come with the same firmware that is presently available in Aastra’s 5i Series of SIP telephones. The three models support enhanced IP functionality, advanced security options and increased interoperability. The four new releases, in combination with the complete 5i series, offer an end-to-end solution for small business customers.
