Everything Everywhere Alliances with RACO Wireless to Launch M2M Applications

To offer customers instant access to wireless data everywhere anytime, Everything Everywhere, the U.K.'s communications company, signed a partnership agreement with RACO Wireless, a machine-to-machine (M2M) partner and enabler in the USA.

With this partnership, RACO Wireless' customers will be able to work on Everything Everywhere's network for their international operations, allowing them to quickly and easily launch M2M applications throughout Europe.

This partnership underlines Everything Everywhere's intent to be the partner of choice for companies looking to extend their M2M services internationally.

According to a press release, this service Alliance will guarantee Everything Everywhere's M2M customers, including RACO Wireless customers, network access and high standards of service right across Europe. Everything Everywhere has joined a Service Alliance with France Telecom and Deutsche Telekom.

John Horn, president of RACO Wireless said, “This program -- in addition to our multi-IMSI SIM project which we announced earlier this year -- will allow Everything Everywhere and RACO Wireless to lead the M2M industry to new heights. Our agreement with Everything Everywhere will provide our customers and partners with a solution for M2M connectivity across Europe that offers them the best roaming rates and the most advanced M2M management tools.”

Marc Overton, vice president of Wholesale and M2M at Everything Everywhere said, “Our ambition to become the partner of choice in the M2M space is underlined by our international partnership with RACO Wireless and the addition of T-Mobile and France Telecom's Service Alliance. By working in partnership we are able to provide businesses with a one stop shop for international M2M capabilities.”

With this partnership, Everything Everywhere's and RACO Wireless' M2M customers to take advantage of a new multi-IMSI capability designed for cost-effective international M2M deployment.

In other company news, TMCnet reported that Everything Everywhere is a merger of the UK Orange and UK T-Mobile.
