V-Soft, a reseller and implementer of
Oracle’s CRM and PLM products, has "fortified its CRM strategy" to serve its customers with Oracle PartnerNetwork Specialized Training Program, company officials said.
With Oracle announcing specialized training programs for Oracle PartnerNetwork, V-Soft officials said they're "confident" that these programs will "facilitate fulfilling customer specific requirements."
Frank J. Vukmanic, senior vice president and general manager, V-Soft, said OPN Specialized "recognizes and maximizes partners' individual sets of expertise to best meet the specific needs of our customers."
V-Soft, an Oracle Certified Partner, has been reselling and providing consulting services for organizations implementing Oracle CRM On Demand in North America for three years in different industry verticals such as life sciences, wealth management, high technology, manufacturing, distribution, and consumer products.
Oracle certifies the V-Soft sales people and implementation consultants. V-Soft’s range of services spans product development through product life cycle management to customer relationship management, and the firm is a certified reseller and implementation partner of Oracle’s CRM On Demand.
In November, the Oracle
announced its PartnerNetwork Specialized program "now offers a variety of online training modules. The training sessions help partners fully leverage the new global partner program, which allows them to formally certify specializations to differentiate themselves and their offerings, be recognized by Oracle for their expertise, and become preferred solution providers to Oracle customers."
The trainings, company officials said at the time, include "an overall positioning podcast, program overview, details on the various partner levels (Oracle Remarketer, Silver, Gold and Platinum), specialization benefits, portal navigation details and a migration summary."
"We're committed to helping our partners transition smoothly and succeed with OPN Specialized. The availability of the OPN Specialized training modules underscores our commitment to helping partners fully leverage the new program benefits and capitalize on the diversity of their offerings," said Penny Philpot, group vice president, Global OPN Program, Oracle, at the time.
